Gaia Lodge is a unique octagonal building which serves as our meeting house for programs. There is a large central room and two breakout rooms plus a fully equipped kitchen and a three-piece bathroom. One of the breakout rooms overlooks the woods and river. The other is our library with a selection of books, videos, and a guide of a self-directed program for our 10 meditation sites.

Forest Trail
The winding forest trail covers ten acres of woods alongside the Eramosa River. After a fifteen minute stroll you will reach where the river bends and the place we call Pooh Corner where you can sit and rest for awhile. Wild flowers, birds, geese, ducks, and other wildlife may greet you on your walk.
